Update July 26 - Issue affecting display of Enrolment Numbers on Workday Reports

July 26 – Columns have now been added to impacted Workday reports to replace the ‘Enrolment Count’ field.

 

Update July 5 - Issues affecting Section Capacity Display on the Find Course Sections Report

July 04, 2024

July 5 – Fix has been implemented to replace the reserved capacity and unreserved capacity fields in the Course Sections Report.

PDFs of the Course Schedule have been added to the Course Schedule website at courses.students.ubc.ca.

 

Issues affecting Credit Exclusion/Anti-Requisite Rules in Workday

Several unanticipated impacts of Credit Exclusion/Anti-Requisite functionality have been identified causing errors in Registrations for students registering to repeat a course for a higher standing.

 

Issues affecting Waitlists on Non-Graded Instructional Formats

June 20, 2024

The Waitlist functionality for courses with non-graded sections is not working as expected.
