You’re invited to a demo of UBC’s new HR and Finance system (Workday)! We’re excited to build off the momentum and incredible interest of our first demo event, held on July 30. Over 1,000 faculty and staff registered to attend in person or via livestream.

In April 2019, the Integrated Renewal Program conducted a change readiness assessment to measure the university’s overall preparedness for change. The assessment consisted of a readiness survey, sent to all staff and faculty via UBC Broadcast, and focus groups with select staff and faculty.
