Issues affecting Tuition Instalment Numbers for Graduate Tuition

Daily updates of student installment numbers are not being processed for some 2024-25 Winter Term 1 graduate students, preventing tuition from being correctly assessed. 

What is the Issue?

Daily updates of tuition installment numbers are not updating as anticipated for select 2024-25 Winter Term 1 graduate students. This prevents tuition installment numbers from populating in Workday which prevents tuition from being assessed for impacted students.   

Who is Impacted?

Select Winter Term 1 graduate Students.  To date, there are approximately 180 graduate students with a missing instalment number for 2024-25 Winter Term 1. 

Staff supporting graduate students and tuition and fee calculation and payment processes. 

What is the impact?

Impacted graduate students will not have correct tuition installment information available in Workday. Staff supporting graduate students will need to manually update tuition installment numbers for students whose tuition has been incorrectly assessed until such time the issue is resolved. 

What is the status?

Investigations to resolve the issue are underway and updates will be provided here as available. In the meantime, users can manually update tuition installment numbers for students whose tuition has been incorrectly assessed.
