Issues affecting 2024-25 Winter Term 2 Tuition Charges

Tuition charges for Winter session courses that span 2024-25 Winter Term 1 and Winter Term 2 of the 2024-25 academic year are not calculating correctly.

What is the Issue?

Tuition charges for 2024-25 Winter session courses being incorrectly calculated, resulting in students only seeing charges for Winter Term 1. While Winter Term 1 charges are accurate, the charges for Winter Term 2 are not being displayed.  

Who is Impacted?

Undergraduate and graduate students registered in the full Winter 2024-25 Winter session (September to April) courses where tuition is split between Term 1 and 2. 

Staff supporting students, tuition, fee calculation and payment processes. 

What is the impact?

Impacted students will not see a complete picture of their total amount due for the entire 2024-25 Winter session. Without Term 2 charges, students will not be able to budget for their total amount due during the 2024-25 Winter session.  

What is the status?

Updates will be provided here as available. There is currently no manual workaround available or list available of impacted student accounts.
